The Limoges box consists of 6 separate Limoges boxes that feature an amusement park ride with four pods, a child seated in each pod. The Limoges can be operated by turning the top ball-shaped box by hand, which turns the pods in a circular direction, each pod going up and down as they turn. This fanciful Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with exquisite detailing and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The collectible box is adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate clasp.
