Pierre Arquie Limoges Blue Merle Collie Sheltie on Blue Plaid Trinket Box

  
Genuine limoges porcelain trinket box with a gray, light brown and white shetland sheepdog (blue merle sheltie) or colley (collie) standing on a blue plaid box with white and red lines. Shelties are herding dogs, originally bred to herd in the Shetland Islands. This is a puppy and a baby bottle is painted inside the box. The box measures approx 2 by 2 1/2 inches and 2 inches tall.

The box is hinged and features a brass bow or dog -shaped clasp. The bottom of the box says, "Porcelaine Limoges- France Peint Main- Edition Limitee'" , is signed by Pierre Arquie' and includes a limited edition number. The box was hand painted by the studio of Porcelaine Pierre Arquie'.

This box is very special to me because it was designed based on a photo of my dog, Bluebelle. I attached her photo, but she is not for sale and does not come with the limoges box. It is new and includes a certificate of authenticity and gift box. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
