LIMOGES PEANUTS Collectible Box "Lucy as Witch"---Retired Limited Edition Piece. For Peanuts and Limoges Box fans, the very best of both worlds come together in this wonderful collectible box from the Artoria Studio in Limoges, France. This adorable Limoges box features "Lucy", one of the beloved Peanuts characters, dressed as a witch on a broom. This hand-painted porcelain box was produced in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Peanuts comic strips.

This is a Limited Edition piece (#123 of 1000) which is now retired and very difficult to find. The interior of the box contains a removable porcelain bat.

On the bottom of the box is the Artoria Limoge and Peanuts stamps, along with the Limited Edition Number. This box is in MINT Condition! They have been in existence for several generations and continue to produce some of the most beautiful and treasured porcelain artifacts in the region.

Artoria controls all phases of production: they manufacture their own porcelain and employ an extensive team of sculptors, artists and designers, all of whom contribute to the creation of the company's unique and intricately detailed collectible Limoges boxes. Artoria has produced thousands of different Limoges boxes and continues to add hundreds of new pieces to its collection every year.
