This is a signed limoges pear trinket box. Im not sure if tip/stem has chip or not. It does feel a bit rough and i tried to take close ups.

(patrick crespin was a glass blower). Metal has some wear as shown.. This is a larger size. Apprx 5 3/4" (compared to smaller 4 1/2" size)very beautiful piece.
