Made in Limoges France this realistic snail trinket box is hand painted with finely detailed shades of green, gray-brown and dark red. The hinged brass trim is accented with a brass leaf clasp. Inside the box is signed Limoges France Peint Main and P. REMENTS: The box is 2 inches high by 2 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide.

Free from any damage including chips, cracks or repairs. Brass trim has light patina.
