Here for your consideration is a Rare - Hard to Find Hand Painted Limoges Pea Pod Man trinket box. The hand painted artistry is of a gre. En pea pod spilt at top with two light green peas inside, black eyes, light skin tone arms and legs with brownish orange gloves and brown shoes. The inner trinket box is white porcelain, signed on the back Peint Main Rochard Limoges. The trinket box is finished with a decorative hinged brass trim tooled in a vine like pattern with a single button closure.

The trinket box is in nice condition -- colors are vivid however there are several chips: one on the front side and two on the back side of the upper edge of the split pod (see pics). The trinket box measures approximately 3 1/4 high. USE THE PICTURES AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
