This is a mini Peint Main Limoges of France trinket box. It's just over 2" long x 1.5" wide and sits 2:5 tall.

It's got the stamp on the bottom as written in the first sentence here. There's also another mark and words after the words Peint Main but I'm not sure what it says or stands for.

It looks like an arrow with the word Card after it. But I'm not sure. Oval base that's handpainted in pink flowers with greens and blue swirls. There's a Porcelain "pirch" that the blue colored bird is standing on. He has a brown belly and a fairly long gray beak.

Red around his eyes and some black streaks throughout his bodice and to draw attention to his wings. There's a fish clasp, hinged in back and when you open it there's a brown fish inside with little bubbles coming out of his mouth. Adorable and one of a kind.
