Incredible Red Poppies Limoges Trinket Box Gorgeous! The trinket box is white porcelain with amazing vibrant red poppies. Red is an extremely difficult color to master, not only in property but in design use too, it can be overdone or under-done very easily.

This painting is perfect, with three poppies floating through pink and blue forget me not flowers. The painting is framed with gold border on light pink. The pedestal has three more poppies evenly spaced and the box finishes with a decorative brass border and a double daisy closure. The box measures 2" in diameter x 1 1/2" high. The base is signed Peint Main Limited Edition Jacques French Home Limoges France and hand numbered 50/500.

The box is in excellent vintage condition. There is no fading, scratching or chips and the hinge closure works perfectly. If you collect trinkets or just want to start a new collection...
