LIMOGES FRANCE Genuine Hnd Painted Trinket Box Beach Hut Changing Station Cabana
It is a beautiful trinket box from Limoges, France that was painted by hand. The markings show a highly stylized'PV' so I believe this stands for Parry Vieille. The box opens to show the cutest little drawing of a bashful man, holding his swimming trunks up to cover himself. It measures about 2.5" tall and about 1.0" length x 1.25 width. The detailing is exquisite and the item is in mint condition.
The little aqua and white stripe changing hut is decorated with a beach ball and a beach umbrella. It says,'la plage' across the top which, of course, means'the beach. Such a precious little item! Check out my other listings for more wonderful treasures!
