This wonderful, limited edition, Pierre Arquie, Limoges box is a pair of stacked'leather bound' detective stories. The tan one has "Les Mysteres de la Font Pinot" and EDITION LIMITEE P.

ARQUIE in 22KT gold, on the top and the spine. A Sherlock Holmes pipe is painted on top with a three dimensional magnifying glass. The burgundy book has a gold feather on bottom. "Le Fantome de la Font Pinot" and EDITION LIMITEE P. ARQUIE are on the spine.

Both books have gold edged pages and gold detailing. Font Pinot is a chateau in southwest France that produces cognac. The clasp is a double loop. The box is 1.9" by 2.1" with a height of 1.7.
