This wonderful Elda, limited edition, Limoges box is the central dome of the Capitol Building, in Washington D. Located above the rotunda, in the center of the structure, it has a gray and white wedding cake design. The 22KT gold "Statue of Freedom" is on top. A bar is the clasp.
