Awesome Limoges Violin Case Peint Main Roses Trinket Box

  
My Favorite Limoges Violin Trinket Box What a sweetie! This trinket is so pretty, a violin case with a working handle and violin closure... How unique and very cool! The box is white porcelain, all hand painted, with a multi-tone pink textured base, a gold leaf scallop pretty frilly and a beautiful flower arrangement on top. The box is finished with a decorative brass trim and a handle that lifts up and down.

The flowers are a pink rose, purple cone flower, little bluebells and wisps of leaves... The box measures 4" long x 1 5/8" wide x 3/4 in depth. The bottom is signed Peint Main Limoges France D.

The box is in excellent vintage condition, there is no wear to any of the paint, no chips or cracks in the porcelain and the closer works perfectly. This will be a very special treasure for someone special!
