Artoria Porcelain Disney Limoges Box, Pluto Golf Caddy #308. Rare and retired Artoria Porcelain Limoges Box featuring Disney's Pluto as the Golf Caddy from the 1941 cartoon "Canine Caddy". Measures approximately 2.5" H x 2.5" W x 2.5 D. Handpainted in meticulous detail with brilliant colors from numerous firings. Intricate brasswork with a clasp in the shape of a golf bag. Clasps and hinges are in excellent condition.

Golf bag is also a Limoges trinket box. Identifying marks of bottom read "Artoria Peint Main Limoges France" with artist's initials "VH", form #308, and Disney name. Does not include original box or other documentation. Pristine condition - no chips, breaks, cracks, or repairs. Must-have piece for the collector of Disney and/or Limoges boxes.

A few I've acquired at auctions. In either case, they are pre-owned items, and with rare (and noted, see above) exception, they are in excellent condition with virtually no observable wear. But please know that there may exist some very minor but certainly acceptable wear commensurate with the age of the piece. I hate to end on a negative thought since I'm certain it doesn't apply to the vast majority of you who have graciously chosen to look at my listings.
