This is for a simply beautiful Vintage Hand-Painted small round Limoges fine Porcelain Trinket or Ring Box. Made to look like an Orange Fruit on the base...

The domed lid looks like the flower is made of orange segments... It measures 2" round x 1 1/4" tall. Fully marked, on base, as shown in photo. The last photo, shows a group of other Vintage Limoges boxes, I have at this time.
