Hear no evil, See no evil, Speak no evil. " The 3 Wise Monkey's These super rare, hard to find limited edition, three box set Limoges elaborately illustrates the adage, "Hear no ee1 Wvil, See no evil, Speak no evil.

The three simians are dressed like organ grinder monkeys in 22 karat gold fez hats, and different colored vests, embroidered with flowers, scrolls, and vines just very detailed overall. Each wise monkey sits on a separate box, and the three boxes when placed together, cleverly forming a button accordion. The orange end boxes are decorated with gold scrolls in front, and the outer sides have brown'leather' straps and'buttons. In the middle is the iridescent white bellows.

All the boxes have shell clasps and gold hearts painted inside as part of there Authenticity! Condition on these are Like brand new! The outside boxes are each. 75" by 1" by 2.6 high, and the center box is. 75" by 1.25" with a height of 2.6.

On the bottom of each box is: "FD - Limoges - France - Peint Main" and a vine of gold laurel. I really dont like to let these go but needs a better home. I tend to collect rare items that people would die for (not literally but you get the point) so I feel someone who would display these marvelous pieces deserves them. They have been kept for years in a safe box of other collectable limoges. Everything I sell is 100% Authentic and very well taken care of. Please check out my other collectables every so often.
