French Atelier Chamart Peint Main Limoges Porcelain Tulip Trinket Box 236/250
I have bought a small collection of French Limoges trinket boxes from a local estate. Please see my other listings for more from this collection. This listing is for a French Atelier Chamart Limoges Peint a la Main trinket box with red tulip flowers on top. There are ten red and white blooms with green leaves and stems on the top.
The box is further decorated with green foliage around the sides. The rectangular shaped box measures 1.75 inches or 4.4cm high, and is 2.25 inches or 5.7cm wide.
The box is banded with brass with a simple floral clasp. The interior is white with a single blue flower bud hand painted on the bottom.
The bottom of the box is marked Chamart Peint a la Main LIMOGES FRANCE 236/250. French Atelier Chamart Peint Main Limoges Porcelain Tulip Trinket Box 236/250. The box is in excellent condition.
