Hinged box with gilt bronze mounts, bronze strings and board. The top of the box is decorated with a scene of a stag being pursued by hounds and has a raised gold border. The box is signed on the base with a Sevres style mark; the mark is partially rubbed as the piece rests on this area. The diameter of the lid is 2 3/4 wide. Total length is 4 3/4.

Maximum height is 1 1/2. Excellent antique condition with no problems other than the slight rubbing of the gold on the base. The item "Antique Porcelain Box.
